On April 9, 2020, WHO released the following data related to the COVID-19 pandemic in Lebanon:

We estimate that the number of people in Lebanon infected with the coronavirus is higher and that the number of casualties are under reported.

WE NEED TO ACT NOW

If hospitals and paramedics do not receive the support needed to respond to this crisis, the number of health care workers exposed to Covid-19 will increase, putting considerable pressure on the health care system and jeopardizing an effective response. The number of people affected by Covid-19, and those who succumb to the virus will reach the thousands.

We conducted assessments that identified the most vulnerable unsupported hospitals, paramedic organizations and medical waste treatment facilities. Lebanon Needs your help to purchase and deliver essential supplies and personal protective equipment to reduce and stop the spread of the virus.
